Submit Your Recipe Photo

Made something from our site? We want to see it — and we want to put it on the site with your name on it.

How It Works

  1. Cook one of our recipes and take photos of the finished dish. The more the better — we love a good hero shot, a plated close-up, or even a messy in-progress pan shot.
  2. Include the name of the recipe you made so we know which one to credit.
  3. Tell us your first name (or Instagram handle if you want that credited instead) — that's what we'll put on the site next to your photo.
  4. Hit the button below to open your email, attach your photos, and send it over. We'll take it from there.

What You Get

If your photo is selected, it gets featured on the recipe page itself — the page that real people search for and land on. Your name (or handle) goes right on it. No compensation beyond the credit, but that credit is permanent and public.

We're not looking for professional food photography. We're looking for real food that real people actually cooked. Imperfect plates welcome.

Tips for a Better Shot

  • Natural light is your best friend — window light beats overhead kitchen lighting every time
  • Get close — fill the frame with the food
  • Clean the plate edges before shooting
  • Send multiple angles if you have them
  • Landscape and portrait both work — send whatever you've got
